About Future-Ready Hong Kong Summit 2026 Collaboration
Hong Kong stands at a pivotal moment, facing the dual challenges of 1) building climate resilience and 2) adapting to a rapidly aging population. In response, Chinachem Group (CCG), City University of Hong Kong (CityUHK), and Hang Seng Bank (Hang Seng) have formed a landmark tripartite collaboration to deliver practical, cross‑sector solutions for a more sustainable and inclusive future.
About the Summit
The highlight of the tripartite collaboration in 2026 will be the Future‑Ready Hong Kong Summit 2026,
held on 12 June 2026, which will bring government officials, academics, including Nobel Laureates and
Professors from the world’s top universities, and leaders from the industries, finance, and innovation
sectors. It serves as a platform for exchanging ideas, building partnerships and driving action on key
sustainability challenges.
About the White Paper
A joint White Paper — “Creating a Green and Silver Economy” — will be launched at the Summit,
with its
key findings released publicly and formally submitted to the Hong Kong SAR Government. It will present
cross‑sector insights and actionable recommendations to support the development of Hong Kong’s
low‑carbon and silver economies, advancing a more sustainable, inclusive and future‑ready city.
